The Four Noble Truths
Dukkha (Nature of suffering)-Birth is suffering, aging is suffering, illness is suffering, death is suffering; sorrow, lamentation, pain, grief and despair are suffering; union with what is displeasing is suffering; separation from what is pleasing is suffering; not to get one's wants is suffering; anything subjected to clinging leads to suffering.
Samudaya (Suffering's origin)- Craving which leads to renewed existence, accompained by lust and delight, seeking delight here and there, that is, craving for sensual pleasures, craving for existence, craving for extermination.
Nirodha (Suffering's cessation)- The remainderless fading away and cessation of that same craving, the giving up and reliquishing of it, freedom from it, non reliance on it.
Marga (The way leading to Nirodha)- The Noble Eightfold path, that is, right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration.
May the truth of this bring happiness and release beings from suffering everywhere.

hey everyones(:! long time since i last blogged. so much have alr happened man. ahahah. driving course is officially over!! the last few days in driving course was way sweet. got great instructors in the end! OUV was damn shiok. 3000cc car was like no joke pls. very shiok. lols. well, raced v happily with mercs n others. no one could beat my pick up speed pls. LOL. =X
oh wells. i also hung out wid MDC ppl! squash and badminton. :( my badminton racket is like lost. sigh. oh well, hope i'll find it soon. anyway also went for like a few sessions of MDC, tml i planning to go also leh! but i alr bought the ticket for the Nanyang film fest:(. i tink i'll just give it to nic or sumting. lols. maybe half price? =X. ahahah. took leave on tuesday morning. sigh. better clear b4 year end sia.
yes, lincoln has his first accident alr. LOL. knn la. go back unit 2nd day lang gah alr. cheese bun. =.=! amazingly i buanged a gate! HAHAHA. wth. i didnt notice la. got this reservice dude walking in front of me. den i stop too close to the gate luh. den when i moved off. buang gate. LOL. my damn car was dented. MY GOD. lol! sian diao pls. i tink i will get killed by csm when he returns. but i saw the togetherness of everyone in ltc by just that unfortunate incident. there would be people who would really shield u to the end. a big thanks to sg ezhwan, vickram, aman, sg ang, staff toh, oc, mdm song, wei kwan (ai zai rite!), hadi and more. lols. hope everything goes well n fine, wont mind signing maybe 1 or 2 extras.
ytd went to evg's interact installation. well, i did interact more than i did previously. ahahah. but wasn't very keen in sum parts of certain discussions. but u noe, not to make ppl unhappy. so i jus listened. aahah. made many new friends. all of whom are quite nice ppl! lols. hung out n tok cock wid them for very long. den went back wid mariska. after a long aftnn fixing the screwed up computer, i managed to piece it back together. lols. so it's workinnnggg. ahaha. i seriously miss my khao lak trip:(.
in the evening, went out wid suyi for dinner @ jalan kayu! bought my new street directory~!! yays. looks like damn nice n new pls. i'm like gonna install it into my fone. :D! oh wells! had ice cream prata, egg cheese n mushroom prata, roti john with chicken and honeydew drink. (:!! so nice. ahahahah. den mum cooked kong ba bao for me:):)!! yayyyyyyy. lols. was damn shiok pls. den tok n walked back wid her. den had a nice tok wid jankin about sum problems i've been facing. but thats how i appreciated the four noble truths better. i'm with too much attachments. sigh.
back to camp tonight. going for breakkie wid dad now. CHIONG ARHS.
